Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Currently, you only have to pay sales tax if your billing address is located in Texas, U.S.A.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Since CasinoSentry® utilizes PayPal to process our store transactions, your original payment source can be refunded almost immediately upon request. We do ask for a 24-48 hour window from receipt of your request to account for weekends, holidays, or unexpected website or system issues. Alternatively, you may request that your credit be issued in the form of a store credit or converted to a gift certificate.

Please note that PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, direct withdrawal from a bank account, and e-Checks. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account to complete your purchase on the CasinoSentry® website.

When will my credit card be charged?
  Since CasinoSentry® utilizes PayPal to process credit and debit cards, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
