Have a problem? Consider it solved!

The CasinoSentry® pledge to its valued customers is to offer only the highest quality goods and services. To this end, we stand behind every item we sell... no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to CasinoSentry® for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of your original purchase. If you used PayPal to complete your purchase, we can issue a secure electronic refund directly to the funding account. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just complete the following steps.

CasinoSentry® Product Return Instructions

With the CasinoSentry® 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in packaging sufficient to preclude any further damage to the merchandise. This requirement is so that CasinoSentry® designers can inspect the product for any cause of failure and make the required modifications and improvements to future manufacturing processes.
  1. Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
  2. You will be provided with a prepaid USPS Priority Mail domestic label as a printable PDF attached to an e-mail along with a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.*
  3. Carefully pack the product into an appropriate container. We suggest using a USPS Priority Mail box, available at your local post office.
  4. Print the USPS Priority Mail label you received as an attachment to the RMA e-mail we sent to you and securely affix it to the box. If you do not have the capability to print the label, you may request that the return label be mailed to you via USPS First Class Mail.
  5. Drop the box off at your local USPS post office or call them to arrange free home pickup.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your PayPal funding source or a corporate check issued (if you paid by personal check) within 7 business days. If you requested an exchange instead of a refund, your new replacement product will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, inspection, and processing of your damaged item return. Return shipping of exchanges is on us. You do not pay shipping for delivery of your replacement items.

*Please note that in order to use our prepaid labels, shipments must be sent from within the continental United States.
