The CasinoSentry® pledge to its valued customers is to offer only the highest quality goods and services. To this end, we stand behind every item we sell... no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to CasinoSentry® for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of your original purchase. If you used PayPal to complete your purchase, we can issue a secure electronic refund directly to the funding account. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just complete the following steps.
CasinoSentry® Product Return InstructionsWith the CasinoSentry® 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in packaging sufficient to preclude any further damage to the merchandise. This requirement is so that CasinoSentry® designers can inspect the product for any cause of failure and make the required modifications and improvements to future manufacturing processes.
